1. If our crew arrives to your home and the job is either larger, or requires a deeper clean than what was discussed in the quoting process, extra fee's may apply to cover the additional time required.

2. For standard cleans, we request that clutter on bench tops and floors be removed prior to our arrival to ensure the efficient use of our time.

​3. Payments must be made as per the terms stated on the invoice.
