DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY OWN PRODUCTS?

Nope! Our crew will arrive with their own equipment and cleaning supplies. However, if you have a product you would like us to use, feel free to leave it out for us or request it in an Email. 

 

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME DURING THE SERVICE?

This one is up to you. You can either stay for the service, let us in and leave or provide access for us to complete the job while you're out. However, please note we are most efficient when the house is left for us to do our thing! Our crew have current police checks, so you've got nothing to worry about.

DO YOU CLEAN UNDER FURNITURE?

Our crew will move and clean underneath small items and light furniture, as well as do our best to vacuum and mop under larger furnishings (beds and couches). However we will not be moving heavy or hard to move pieces of furniture. This is to prevent the injury of our staff, and to also prevent marking or scratching any flooring.

DO YOU USE GREEN PRODUCTS?

The majority of our cleaning supplies are low toxic, however we do not strictly use green products. If you require green products, this can be discussed, but may incur additional fees.

DO I NEED AN INITIAL DEEP CLEAN?

Some homes may need an initial deep clean to bring them back to life before completing consistent standard cleans. However, if the home is already in great condition then there would be no need.
